Where the work comes from.
- Invitations
- A Host adds you to their team as their primary or backup Expert. From then on, the property's cleanings come to you as offers. Mophop commission: 0%.
- Mophop Marketplace
- Choose your home town and how many km you're willing to travel. Hosts nearby find and invite you, and you can request the cleanings they post. The Host makes the choice. Commission: 10% of the payment.
- Your profile
- Make it visible in the Marketplace or hide it at any time. It shows your services, languages and your rating from Hosts.
Offers with priority.
Every offer shows the day, time, property and the net amount you'll receive. Accept or decline with one tap.
- You have priority for between 10 minutes and 24 hours, depending on how soon the cleaning is.
- Between 22:00 and 07:00, the priority clock is paused.
- Once your priority ends, the offer also goes to other Experts, but you can still accept it as long as nobody else has.
- When a cleaning goes to several Experts at once, the first to accept gets it.

Your schedule for today and tomorrow, with addresses that open in your maps app and everything you need at the door.
- You see the access instructions once you accept. The door code appears 12 hours before the cleaning and disappears afterwards.
- Start the cleaning, tick off the list room by room and take the requested photos, all in the app.
- Something wrong? Report it with photos.
- Can't get in? Tap “I'm here and can't get in”.

How you get paid.
On cleanings paid through Mophop, you get Guaranteed payout: the money is secured before you start.
- The payment is released after the Host's review, or automatically after 24 hours.
- It's paid via Stripe into a PFA, II or company account. You verify your identity once, with an ID and a selfie.
- With Hosts who pay you directly, Mophop just manages your schedule.
- Under Earnings, you see the net amount for each cleaning.

Your rating and tax details.
- Your rating
- After each finished cleaning, the Host can rate you from 1 to 5 stars. Your average shows on your profile and in the Marketplace, where new Hosts can see it too.
- Tax details (DAC7)
- EU platforms must report the income earned through them every year. You fill in your details once, in Settings. They're stored encrypted, and only you and the compliance team can see them.
Frequently asked questions
Do I pay a subscription?
No. For Experts, the subscription is 0 RON. Commission applies only to Marketplace cleanings: 10% of the payment.
Do I need a registered business?
To get paid through Mophop, yes: the money goes to a PFA, II or company account. With Hosts who pay you directly, you don't need a payout account in Mophop.
Can I decline an offer?
Yes. The offer moves on to the other Experts.
Can I drop a cleaning I've accepted?
Yes, with a short reason that the Host can see. If you drop it less than 24 hours before, it's recorded in your reliability history.
What if the Host cancels?
If you're paid through Mophop: less than 4 hours before, you get the full amount; between 24 and 4 hours before, you get half. More than 24 hours before, the Host gets a full refund.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Mophop runs in the browser, on your phone or your computer.
